• Deposit

  $20 non-refundable to hold your spot. Pay via Zelle or Venmo before your appointment.
  
  Applied to your total.

• Cancellation / Reschedule

  48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  
  Deposits are transferable within this timeframe.

• Late Arrival
  • 10 minute grace period
  • If 15+ minutes late, appointment may be cancelled OR a lower tier design may be required
• After-hours

  Appointments after 7pm will add a $10 fee

• Refusal of Service

  Severely damaged nail beds will not be serviced.
  
  Clients should send photos in advance if unsure.
